Adder Tree

Description

The adderTree module implements a pipelined adder tree designed to aggregate multiple input samples into a single 48-bit sum. It leverages multiple dspWrapper modules (see dsp_wrapper/src/dspWrapper.sv) arranged in hierarchical layers to perform additions efficiently.

How it Works

The module uses a binary tree architecture to process 2^LogNtones input samples. The inputs are processed through a series of pipeline stages where each stage uses dspWrapper primitives to sum pairs of values. The depth of the tree and the number of input samples are determined by LogNtones constant.
